Our Mission
McKinley Early Childhood Center – Waterloo provides high-quality childcare and early education for families in the Akron community. As part of the McKinley family, the Waterloo location offers a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children are encouraged to grow, explore, and succeed.
This location serves infants through Pre-K, with programs designed to support each stage of development while fostering confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
Families at our Waterloo location benefit from:

- Care for infants, toddlers, preschool, and Pre-K
- Hours of operation: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Hello and welcome! I’m Ms. Sandra, the Director of McKinley Early Childhood Center – Waterloo. I have been part of the McKinley family since 2020 and have a true passion for early childhood education and for supporting the families we serve.
I am committed to creating a positive, welcoming environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. Working closely with families and staff to support each child’s growth is the most rewarding part of my role.
I look forward to welcoming your family to our Waterloo center and partnering with you in your child’s early learning journey.
